As web design capabilities have increased, developers and designers have added cutting edge features to their websites to help them stand out. We’ve seen the emergence of video backgrounds, mouse over animations, sound effects and much more. But do these fancy features really increase website conversions? Web Groovin was founded in San Diego, California by Dino Maiolo. San Diego remains our home office, though many of our clients are international companies. International accounts are facilitated through our Asian branch in Bali, Indonesia.
For years, Web Groovin facilitated search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) for a range of clients, both local and international. It didn’t take long before we realized that driving traffic to websites wasn’t enough. Visitors needed to convert. So in 2009 Web Groovin hired its first web developers to work alongside our marketing staff to build landing pages and websites that are intuitive and user friendly. This was the birth of performance design.
Today, we believe SEO ought to be part of a holistic marketing approach involving multiple avenues of client acquisition. It’s for this reason we continue to facilitate top performing Adwords, Facebook and Bing ad campaigns.
Many companies claim to be the best at what they do. We don’t. We let our results speak on our behalf.
Among Web Groovin’s most cherished beliefs is continuing education. There is never a point when any team member at Web Groovin is not participating in a training program. This includes the owner, Dino Maiolo.
